Cloudy chilly day here in SC.

Got call yesterday evening after I'd visited Mom earlier, reminding her that she will be spending Thanksgiving with Hubby and me and some of our family, wbich Mom is very happy about, that Mom had fallen because she tried to get out of her wheelchair unassisted and into her bed after she'd wheeled herself from the dining room to her room without anyone knowing. Nurse said Mom ok and said same today.

We've been getting lots of rain and gusty wind from Tropical Storm Ida, which came into the states through the gulf.

Mom's doing okay. Hubby is also.

Today's Weight: 146.8 ( lowest this year and lowest since 2002). Have been wearing size 8 non-stretch levis jeans very comfortably for months now. New goal is 145.0 before Thanksgiving. Ultimate goal is 140.0.

Hubby and I had a meeting this morning, then we went to the next larger town over and priced materials to repair our fence after eating lunch together at a buffet restaurant.

Came back home to see that Mom had called, want us to come to the nursing home no doubt, nevermind we were there twice yesterday...she was upset her watch battery had gone out and wanted us to take it and get it fixed and bring it back to her yesterday, which Hubby and I did. I called and talked to her nurse, who said she is fine and taking a nap.

Today's Weight: 150.2 (Finally made goal set 3 weeks ago to lose 2 lbs. in 1 week..... Took a little longer....now new goal is 148.2 within 7 days...by next Friday!)
