Hello to you! Our first orange daylily is in bloom...so pretty!It has been a very busy day here. First, this morning, Hubby and I went for a long walk in our neighborhood and visited a neighbor-friend. Then a little later, Hubby and I left out to go get Mom and bring her over here to the house for a while...she'd been wanting to come. I fixed her a chicken salad s/w, some watermelon, and a pineapple smoothie (which she drank all of...but had 2 teaspoons of sugar added to hers)...She called and talked to some of her friends on the phone while here. We had to take her back after she was with us a couple of hours, so she could do her afternoon therapy (she'd already done her morning physical therapy)...Hubby and I are back home now, resting a little while before mid-week church service tonite.

I went to the nursing home this morning and Mom was doing her therapy so I went into the dining room where one of my friends was having a Christian program with piano playing and singing for the residents, and I joined her in singing and playing the piano, songs to the Lord!

Breaky: lite wheat toast w a little margerine 65, coffee w creamer and sugar 25 (90)
Lunch: Grilled barbequed chicken 300, slaw 50, splenda tea 0 (440)
Snack: snack pack of nekot (peanut butter) cookies 240, splenda tea 0 (680)
Supper: Chili hot dog w beef weiner and onions 400, splenda tea 0 (1080)
Snack: hot dog on 1 lite wheat bread, 40, lf weiner 40, onion, ketchup, mustard 20, splenda tea 0 (1180)
Snack: Pineapple Smoothie 140 (1320)
Exercise: Walked w Hubby about a mile in neighborhood carrying weights.
